Hi! I see that you've requested critique on this piece, and I'm here to give you one 
This is an awesome drawing, and Jolteon looks really cool here! I like how you gave the character a more realistic and mature look by making them look more like a real fox, and I think that the stark shading is really fitting - it goes well with the lighting effects 
.
I would say that the lighting effects look too 'orderly' here, with most of the large bolts going in a more or less vertical direction, and a large segment of the background being devoid of bolts. I think that the piece would be more effective if drawn in landscape view, with lighting being discharged in all directions (including downwards!). It would more effectively convey the intensity and range of Jolteon's attacks, and the chaotic, uncontrollable nature of a thunder-type move.
